1.3 TOURIST SERVICE

Art. 2: THE PRICE OF SERVICES:

The room rate is established per night. The price includes the price of the room and the reservation costs.

2.2 - CONCIERGE SERVICES

The price of an apartment is established monthly, it includes the costs of negotiations, 1) the various taxes existing at the time of signing the contract, 2) the costs of consumables (electricity, water) invoiced at the rate in force at the time of signing the contract, 3) maintenance and cleaning costs, 4) any Internet and television program subscriptions.
2.3 - TOURIST SERVICES

The price of circuits and excursions is established according to the number of participants; the price includes, in particular, the costs of guides, the costs of access to the tourist site and, depending on the case, the costs of logistics or equipment necessary for the establishment of the circuit or the excursion, in general the Cost detail is described in the booking contract.
Art. 3: RESERVATION OF SERVICES

3.2 the reservation of hotel rooms is automatic : the reservation system gives you the possibility of setting a valid option which will be 5 days after the deadline, if the reservation has not been confirmed by payment deposit, this option is automatically canceled. The payment of the deposit makes the reservation final.
3.3 - The processing of the reservation of a concierge service is manual . An estimate is established on the basis of the customer's requests, after acceptance of the estimate, a contract is established which defines: the service, the conditions of invoicing, reservation, and payment. The payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the contract and the general conditions of sale or in the event that you choose payment by SEPA direct debit mandate, you have a withdrawal period of 7 days after sending your request by email. 3.4 - Reservations for excursions can be done directly with our reservation system or manually on request for a quote.
3.4.1- Automatic booking: some excursions can be booked directly in real time and in euros. Confirmation of the reservation is automatic after payment of the deposit by credit card through our trusted third party site PAYPAL. Automatic confirmation by email acts as a contract.
3.4.2 - Manual reservation , you can request a quote through our various forms or send us an email. Our excursions

Art. 4: OUR CONTRACTS AND THE "GOOD PERFORMANCE" GUARANTEE OF SERVICES

The billing method is defined by the contract, we offer you two types of contract:

- A contract denominated in Euros

- A contract denominated in Fcfa.

4.1- contracts denominated in euros
This type of contract is invoiced in euros and benefits from a performance guarantee via our TRUSTED THIRD PARTY (for payments by bank card) which makes it possible to benefit in particular from a refund guarantee in the event of 'cancellation or modification of contract during execution. For other payment methods, you must provide your details and your bank details to benefit from the performance guarantee. These refunds are made, either by crediting the bank card, in the case of a bank card payment, or by bank transfer if the payment was made by bank transfer or direct debit.
In addition to the price of the service, invoicing in EUROS includes trusted third party costs, collection costs, transfer costs and exchange costs. Each financial transaction is subject to a detailed account statement.

4.2 - Contracts denominated in CFA F ,
Contracts denominated in CFA francs do not include transfer and exchange costs, they are therefore your responsibility, moreover these contracts are not covered by the performance guarantee.

Art. 5 INVOICING AND PAYMENT OF SERVICES
The choice of method and terms of payment are defined by the contract:
5.1 - Contracts denominated in euros:
Payments in euros are domiciled in France and managed by our IMT-SERVICES service representative. You have several payment methods:

- By bank card free of charge.

- By bank transfer free of charge

- By SEPA direct debit mandates free of charge. This type of payment gives you the option of spreading your payments until the end of the service. It is offered subject to acceptance of your file

5.2-Contracts denominated in F CFA : With contracts denominated in Fcfa you have two payment methods, by transfer with payment of transfer and exchange fees, in cash in FCFA, for cash payments in foreign currencies the amount will be calculated on the purchase price of the currency by the bank.

Art. 6 CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION
For any cancellation made FIFTEEN DAYS before your pick-up date, you can benefit from the reimbursement of your deposit under the conditions defined below, after this period the deposit remains acquired from MP-SERVICES.
6.1 - Cancellation on time: entitles you to a refund of your deposit, Bénin tourisme, Paypal online payment less booking fees. The reimbursement will be made by PAYPAL by credit, from your bank card or from your PAYPAL account or by bank transfer, less reservation and reimbursement costs. These fees correspond to 6% of the amount of the reservation plus 2 euros per reimbursement.
6.2 - Cancellation after the deadline : the 30% deposit paid at the time of booking will be acquired by MP-SERVICES, for cancellations 24 hours after the start of the service, the costs are increased from the first day of service. For customers who have opted for the SEPA direct debit mandate, the cancellation fees are 10% after the withdrawal period, 30% after the first due date, and increased by the first day of service in the event of a cancellation 24 hours before the start of the service.

Art 7 CANCELLATION automatically or DURING THE CONTRACT

7.1 - Automatic termination by MP-SERVICES: MP-SERVICES can pronounce automatic termination of the contract for reasons of serious breaches by the customer during performance of the contract, or in the event of non-payment of the defined down payments. by this contract. The termination indemnity will be 30% of the amount of the contract. This compensation will be deducted from the reimbursement of sums already paid by the customer at the time of the termination date.

7.2 Termination during the contract by the customer: A termination during the execution of the contract by the customer gives rise to the payment of a termination indemnity in favor of MP-SERVICES in an amount equal to 25% of the amount of the contract. This compensation is deducted from the sums actually collected and reimbursed to the customer (excluding supplements).

Art.8: ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION : Any dispute relating to the execution and interpretation of these commercial conditions is the responsibility of the competent court of Cotonou, even in the event of multiple defenders.

However, disputes concerning the execution of contracts denominated in euros or in another currency, fall under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Angers 49000 France exclusive domiciliation of payments.
